We have our tournament bus departing Calgary on Tuesday March 11th arriving in Brandon on March 12th.
Bus will depart from Ogden Yard, no earlier than 1100 am. This will enable folks from outside Calgary a little time to get there. Parking has been arranged and we will share with those using the bus.

The following link below is to book your hotel room in Regina if you’re planning on taking the bus from Calgary, AB., to Brandon, MB., for the CPKC hockey tournament.

We have a block of 20 rooms reserved to stay in Regina, SK on March 11th at the Ramada, Emerald Park then depart on March 12th for Brandon, MB.
You must book your own room there by Feb 11th. After that they will release the rooms.

Due the generosity of Jason and Sandra from Aspen Crossing the donations for the ride will go directly to Westman Dreams for Kids ( our chosen charity in Brandon ) Recommended donation amount is $100.
The bus will depart Brandon on Sunday March 16th and highball back to Calgary ( no overnight stay on the way home)

Pub crawl will be held March 13th starting at Shanks Bar and grill. Bus will depart the holiday inn at 1800 and take you to Shanks. While at Shanks you will be provided with a buffet style of appetizers including wings, Buffalo dip and spinach dip. Also included with a pub crawl is a draft beer. Shanks offers simulator golf screens and also a outdoor top golf style driving range if people are interested. At 2100 the bus will take you to Thunderbird bar and Grill. At Thunderbirds you are free to go bowling, play vlts, pool, darts or just have some drinks and food. Pub crawl tickets will cost $20. Feb 28th Deadline

Wristbands will be handed out at the captains meeting for all that have paid. Limited space on the bus so it’s first come first serve.

We have tickets for the Brandon Wheat Kings vs. Moose Jaw Warriors Friday March 14th at 1900.   $25 per ticket.

The tickets will be put into your team's Welcome Bag which you will receive at the Captains meeting on Wednesday night.

Hospitality room is located outside the Enns Brothers/Flynn rinks in the UCT HALL in Keystone Centre which can be reached through the Canad Inn doors. Hospitality room will be open all day while games are on.

Captains meeting Wednesday, is located in the Holiday Inn at 1900 in the “Wheat King” room. If you cannot make it, please ensure someone from your team attends in your place.

Saturday Banquet March 16th will take place at Victoria Inn Brandon. Bus times to be announced. Tickets will go on sale at a later date, price TBD
